Ask us yours01Do you handle the Microsoft 365 subscription itself?
We manage the environment: users, configuration and licence assignments. Subscription procurement and renewal remain with the business or can be handled through our procurement service as a separate engagement.
02What about SharePoint sites, custom workflows and Power Platform?
Our scope covers the platform administration layer: tenant settings, organisation-wide workload settings and user accounts. Custom development, intranet design and Power Platform solutions are not included in the base service, though we can discuss them separately.
03How quickly are user changes made?
Standard requests (onboarding, offboarding, password resets, group changes) are handled within the agreed service level. For scheduled joiners and leavers, we prepare the changes in advance so access is right from day one.
04Can you migrate us to Microsoft 365 from another platform?
Migration is available as a one-time project engagement, separate from the ongoing managed service. Once the migration is complete, the managed service keeps the new environment running properly.
05How do you report on licence utilisation?
We provide periodic reviews showing which licences are assigned, which are active and which could be reclaimed. Optimisation recommendations arrive ahead of renewal dates, so decisions are made calmly and with data.
