Ask us yours01Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
It is project-based. We scope the work, agree a price and deliver it. If the business has a second project later, we scope that separately. There is no retainer or ongoing commitment.
02Can we use our own vendors?
We procure from our approved vendor network to ensure quality and warranty coverage. If there is a specific vendor you prefer, we can discuss it as part of the scoping conversation.
03Do you handle the cabling and physical installation?
Yes. Infrastructure Services includes structured cabling, network cabinets, rack installation and hardware commissioning. Building construction and electrical work outside of IT infrastructure are not included.
04What happens to our data during a migration?
Migrations are planned with a verified backup in place before any data moves. We confirm the integrity of the migrated data and keep the source available until the business is satisfied everything transferred correctly.
05Can EqanTech support what you deploy afterwards?
Yes. Equipment and environments we deploy can be brought under our managed IT services, so ongoing support begins as soon as the project is handed over. This is a natural extension, not a requirement.
